Book a Room at DFCC
Our rooms are available for meetings, trainings, workshops, counselling and nonprofit community events. Rates include Wi-Fi, tables and chairs. HST is added where it applies.

Community rate: registered nonprofits, charities, schools, public agencies and community groups.
Standard rate: businesses, for-profit trainings and all other renters.
Counselling Room (monthly)
A private room for counselling, therapy and one-on-one client sessions, booked for the same day every week.
- Full day (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.): $700 a month
- Half day (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.): $350 a month
Extras
- 10% off recurring bookings of 4 or more sessions, booked and paid together.
- Kitchen access: $35 per booking.
- After-hours staff fee: $25 an hour for evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Screen or projector: no charge, based on availability.
Good to know
- Renters need liability insurance of $2,000,000. Community groups without insurance can book the Summit Room or Banquet Hall by signing our waiver and paying a $200 refundable deposit.
- We don't book birthday parties, baby showers, weddings or other private celebrations.
