A parent-focused session on communication and discipline, helping parents build positive and respectful communication with their children. Parents will learn practical strategies for setting clear boundaries, managing challenging behaviours, and using positive discipline. The session will also explore age-appropriate approaches that strengthen trust, connection, and cooperation between parents and children.
